• Designed for Residential sales representatives.
• Topics include an overview of licenses and registrations, emerging technologies, legislation, compliance for the real estate industry, and disclosure of material facts.

Residential Property Management

• Designed for Residential property managers.
• Topics encompass proposed changes to the Residential Tenancy Act 1987 (WA), overview of licenses and registrations, emerging technologies, legislation, compliance for the Real Estate Industry, and ending a tenancy.

Commercial Sales and Property Management

• Designed for Commercial Sales and Property Management Sales Representatives.
• Topics cover an overview of licenses and registrations, implications of the Contaminated Sites Act 2003 for real estate practitioners and their clients, and disclosure of material facts.
