As our full-time (work from home) Administrator at Aspire, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management in line with our esteemed values and policies.

Your role is pivotal in addressing client queries with grace, managing communications via phone and email, and providing crucial support to our trainers and students.

This position is a unique blend of independence and teamwork, demanding excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

  • A proven track record in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Experienced in event scheduling and coordination.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
  • A critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Holding a Certificate III or higher in Business Administration (or related field) is preferred, but we also welcome those eager to embark on a new career path in training and development.
