OVERVIEW
MAINTAIN YOUR REAL ESTATE REGISTRATION
Each year, real estate professionals must obtain seven Elective CPD points, as part of the 10 required CPD points needed to maintain their registration.

- Industry best practice (e.g. trust accounting; identity verification; conflict of interests)

Robin Ram
Trainer & Assessor
With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Robin brings extensive knowledge and expertise to our residential property investment teams. He began his career in property at the age of eighteen as a property management assistant and sales representative, going on to become WA’s youngest triennial licensee holder at 20 years old.
Over the past two decades, Robin has held numerous roles spanning across sales, agency management, real estate training and business development, including running his own residential-focussed real estate office.
Phillip Chang
Trainer & Assessor
With qualifications in Engineering (Information Technology), Commerce (General Management), Training & Assessment, and Real Estate, Philip has been privileged to enjoy a rich and varied career.
Philip's work has taken him to many places throughout the years and across his career span, he has facilitated Consulting services for a range of international projects. Recently returning to his roots in Western Australia, Phillip had strong interests in the areas of residential and commercial real estate developments, management and sales, which has now evolved into his passion for Real Estate Training, where he finds joy in sharing his knowledge and experience with new people entering the real estate industry.
