QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
FAQs
How do I claim points?
Retain your certificate of attendance in a safe place as evidence of your participation in the CPD program. You may be requested to provide evidence of completion of your CPD courses upon renewal of your triennial certificate or certificate of registration.
How do I keep track of my CPD Activities?
It is your responsibility to keep track of the CPD activities you have attended. You may find it useful to keep a CPD Training Log with details of each CPD activity completed and the CPD points accrued. You need to obtain and retain records of your attendance at mandatory and elective CPD activities.
Can Aspire Performance Training process my CPD points if my DEMIRS registration/license is expired or being renewed?
No. Aspire can only process CPD points if your DEMIRS registration/license is current at the time of completing the course. If your registration is expired, about to expire, or currently being renewed, we recommend waiting until your registration is active before completing the course to ensure you receive your CPD points.
What happens if my DEMIRS registration/license expires during the course?
If your registration expires before completing the course, Aspire will not be able to process your CPD points. You will need to renew your registration and complete the course again while your registration is active to receive the points.
Can I still complete a CPD course if I am not registered in WA?
Yes, you can complete the course, but Aspire will not be able to process CPD points if you are not registered in WA. Please let us know if you are not currently registered in WA before enrolling.
What should I do if I am unsure about my registration status?
If you are unsure whether your DEMIRS registration/license is current, please contact DEMIRS directly to confirm your status before enrolling in a course. Alternatively, you can reach out to our team for guidance.
