From 6 June 2025, CPD becomes mandatory for all real estate professionals in Queensland. Whether you’re a licensed agent, property manager, auctioneer or letting agent — Aspire Performance Training makes compliance simple with approved CPD courses delivered online and across Queensland.

You can meet this requirement by completing:

Who Needs CPD in Queensland?

If you hold a real estate licence or registration in QLD, CPD is now compulsory. This includes:

  • Real estate agents and salespeople

  • Property managers

Course Fees & Options Explained

We’ve made pricing as simple (and flexible) as possible to help you stay compliant and build real career value.

Type 1 CPD Sessions

  • Standard CPD Version: $250 or bundle 2 for $450 – contact our office to organise this special offer

  • Accredited (UOC) Version: $400
    (Includes a Statement of Attainment. You can use this as credit toward a formal qualification later.)

Want to tick off your yearly requirement in one go?
Type 1 Bundle (Any 2 courses): $450 — Save $50

Type 2 CPD Sessions

  • $120 each

  • Bundle any 2 Type 2 sessions for $200 — Save $40 contact our office to organise this special

 

What’s the difference between CPD and UOC (Accredited)?

All of our courses meet QLD CPD requirements — but if you choose the Accredited (UOC) version of a Type 1 course, you’ll also receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. That means:

  • You can apply this credit toward a full qualification later (if you choose).

  • It’s ideal for agents who want more than just CPD — like a long-term professional edge.
