Overview
As of 6 June 2025, all Queensland real estate professionals must complete two approved CPD sessions per year to maintain their licence or registration. You can meet this requirement by completing:

Two Type 1 sessions, or

One Type 1 + one Type 2 session
Each session must be delivered by an approved provider and should take approximately 2–3 hours.

Standard CPD Version: $250 or bundle 2 for $450 – contact our office to organise this special offer

Accredited (UOC) Version: $400
All of our courses meet QLD CPD requirements — but if you choose the Accredited (UOC) version of a Type 1 course, you’ll also receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. That means:
