Type 2 CPD Courses – Queensland

Overview

As of 6 June 2025, all Queensland real estate professionals must complete two approved CPD sessions per year to maintain their licence or registration. You can meet this requirement by completing:

  • Two Type 1 sessions, or

  • One Type 1 + one Type 2 

Our Type 2 CPD sessions focus on practical, real-world skills that today’s agents need — like client communication, conflict resolution, mental resilience, and emerging technology like artificial intelligence. We go beyond the basics to help you become the agent clients remember and refer.
