CURRENTLY OFFERED FREE AS PART OF THE WA GOVERNMENT TRAINING INITIATIVE.
Workers in this field provide practical assistance, emotional support, and advocacy to individuals, families, and communities facing challenges such as homelessness, mental health issues, family violence, disability, unemployment, or social isolation.

Curriculum
To be awarded the CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services, a student must successfully complete a total of twelve (12) units of competency

Respond to client needs
Communicate and work in health or community services
Work with diverse people
Follow safe work practices for direct client care
Manage personal stressors in the work environment
Facilitate the interests and rights of clients
Work in an alcohol and other drugs context
Work with clients who are intoxicated
Work with people with mental health issues

STUDY OPTIONS
Classroom & Online Delivery Options
Aspire offers a modern and flexible delivery approach, where all assessments for our community services courses can be completed in your own time and submitted online, with no assessment due dates. Marking feedback is provided by your allocated trainer and can be discussed via phone call or zoom meeting.
Using online resources, assessments will include researching, reading and analysing information on your computer, however extensive support from your personal trainer will be provided. Assessment instructions and benchmarks have been designed to make the course easily followable.
Aspire Performance Training can also facilitate this course as part of a custom-designed 12-month program for businesses, specifically targeting the needs of employees in a work-based setting, or as a self-paced workplace traineeship journey, where the participant will then be able to complete the course online, with access to one-on-one support from our training specialists during classroom student support sessions and online supports.
