Terry is a Trainer and Assessor with more than 15 years of experience spanning early childhood education, senior leadership, and workplace learning. He holds a Bachelor of Teaching, a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, and the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

What makes Terry exceptional in a training role is not just his credentials — it is the depth of real-world experience he brings into the room. He has navigated the National Quality Framework, led teams through quality improvement, mentored junior educators, and worked across diverse early childhood settings in both Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

When he explains something to a learner, it lands — because he has lived it.
