Thérèse Mavros is a dynamic and creative training professional with more than two decades of experience across education, the arts, mental health, and community engagement. At Aspire Performance Training, she draws on her diverse career as an educator, actor, tour manager, and support worker to design and deliver programs that are not only informative but transformative.

Her expertise lies in using psychodramatic role-play, confidence building, and self-awareness techniques to empower learners of all backgrounds—from corporate executives to school students, frontline workers, and culturally diverse communities. She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, and is completing a Diploma of Counselling alongside advanced studies in Psychodrama. Thérèse also brings specialist skills in conflict resolution, mediation, and mental health support, shaped by her training with IAMA/LEADR and her volunteer work with Lifeline.

With a background in managing national and international theatre and arts tours, as well as producing major cultural festivals, Thérèse combines operational excellence with creative storytelling to create engaging, safe, and memorable learning environments. Her ability to blend lived experience with professional expertise makes her a sought-after facilitator, particularly in workshops focusing on disability support, communication, resilience, and workplace wellbeing.

Passionate about helping people communicate more effectively, Thérèse is dedicated to inspiring growth and meaningful change in every learner she works with. Outside of training, she continues her creative pursuits as a writer and performer, and she is a strong advocate for mental health, diversity, and inclusion. In her spare time, she enjoys contributing to community arts initiatives and sharing stories of connection, creativity, and hope through her writing.
