With more than 30 years of experience in vocational education and training, Mary brings unmatched expertise and enthusiasm to Aspire Performance Training. She has spent two decades teaching the TAE and BSB Training Packages, alongside eight years specialising in Work Health and Safety - making her a trusted mentor for learners across Australia.

At Aspire, Mary supports both the training team and students, combining her deep industry knowledge with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. She has delivered qualifications across multiple disciplines, including training and assessment, leadership and management, business, WHS, career development, hospitality, retail, and foundation skills. Her qualifications include five versions of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including TAE40122), Diplomas in Vocational Education, Training Design and Development, and Leadership and Management, plus hundreds of Statements of Attainment.

Mary’s teaching style is practical, interactive, and infused with humour. Her classes often feature creative activities - like her well-loved “Aliens Making a Cup of Tea” exercise — to help learners understand task breakdown and instructional design.

She believes credentials are more than qualifications:
