Real estate agents, auctioneers, resident letting agents, and registration certificate holders must complete 2 approved CPD sessions each CPD year.

• Requirements: Complete either two Type 1 sessions, or one Type 1 and one Type 2 session.
• Timing: Your CPD year starts on the anniversary of your licence or registration issue date.
